Because our physical merchandise is custom-crafted to order, we utilize a specialized fulfillment structure to ensure maximum efficiency.

1. Order Processing & Production Windows
Unlike mass-market discount retailers, G-Bear does not maintain bloated, environmentally damaging inventory warehouses.
  • Apparel & Gear: Every Save The Pandas! t-shirt, hoodie, hat, and traditional Canadian winter toque undergoes custom print-on-demand production immediately following order verification.
  • Production Time: Please allow 3 to 7 business days for custom tailoring, printing, and factory quality-assurance checks before your parcel is dispatched to the logistics carrier.
  • Digital Goods: All digital products (albums, games, digital DVDs) are exempt from physical shipping pipelines. Access tokens are delivered via automated secure servers to your email address within 5 minutes of successful payment clearance.
2. Shipping Rates & Carrier Networks
We partner with premier freight and postal networks—including Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, and DHL—to guarantee reliable tracking.
  • Domestic Shipping (Within Canada): Standard tracking delivery across Alberta, British Columbia, and all other provinces generally arrives within 4 to 9 business days after the production phase is finalized.
  • International Shipping: Parcels crossing international borders may require 10 to 20 business days depending on regional hub congestion and target country postal networks.
  • Calculated Rates: Shipping metrics are dynamically calculated at the exact moment of checkout based on real-time carrier weights, package volumes, and your regional postal code.
3. Tracking Framework & Address Verification
  • Tracking Intercept: The exact second your order passes final factory inspection and is scanned into the courier network, an automated shipping confirmation email containing a live tracking link will be dispatched to your registered address.
  • Address Accuracy Mandatory: The customer assumes 100% liability for entering accurate delivery data at checkout. G-Bear Enterprises will not modify addresses post-purchase, nor will we issue refunds or replacement shipments for parcels lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to faulty address inputs or missing apartment/suite numbers.
4. Customs, Duties, and Import Border Fees
  • G-Bear Enterprises Inc. operates out of Canada.
  • For all international orders, the recipient is recognized as the importer of record. You are exclusively responsible for paying any regional import taxes, customs duties, or local brokerage fees levied by your country's border customs authorities. G-Bear Enterprises has no control over, and assumes zero liability for, customs delays or unexpected cross-border tariffs.
5. Title, Transfer of Risk, and Missing Parcels
  • In alignment with premium e-commerce logistics laws, title and risk of loss pass completely to the customer the moment G-Bear Enterprises or our production partners hand your package over to the third-party shipping carrier.
  • G-Bear Enterprises is not liable for packages stolen off porches after a carrier logs a successful "Delivered" timestamp, nor are we responsible for extreme shipping delays caused by severe weather patterns, postal strikes, or grid lockouts. If your package is delayed mid-transit, you must initiate a direct service inquiry with the carrier using your provided tracking ID.
