Welcome to gbearenterprises.com (the "Site"). The Site is owned and operated by G-Bear Enterprises Inc. ("G-Bear"). By accessing our Site, purchasing merchandise or digital assets, or submitting residential micro-generation and electrical utility documentation for a solar evaluation, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please exit the Site immediately.

1. Scope of Operations and Third-Party EPC Disclaimer

G-Bear Enterprises Inc. operates exclusively as a preliminary solar assessment coordinator, marketing affiliate, and lifestyle brand. G-Bear Enterprises Inc. is not a licensed electrical contractor, public utility provider, or a certified engineering firm within the province of Alberta.

  • All technical site assessments, structural solar engineering designs, permitting, procurement, and physical electrical installations are executed solely by independent, third-party, fully licensed, and insured Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) groups—including but not limited to Kuby Renewable Energy (Kuby Energy).

  • G-Bear acts solely as a secure data pipeline to transfer your initial documentation (meters, bills, panels) to an authorized engineering representative at these partner organizations. Any subsequent contract for physical solar installation is signed directly between the homeowner and the respective authorized licensed EPC contractor, conforming strictly to the Alberta Safety Codes Act and the Canadian Electrical Code (CEC).

2. Submission of Personal Data & Infrastructure Records

When you utilize our secure upload portal to send Garett images of your residential electrical meter, utility bills, and main electrical panel:

  • You warrant that you are the lawful legal owner of the real estate property listed or have explicit authorization from the deed holder to request a solar micro-generation analysis.

  • You grant G-Bear Enterprises and its engineering affiliates (e.g., Kuby Renewable Energy) permission to evaluate your historic kilowatt-hour (kWh) consumption metrics to properly size a grid-tied solar array.

  • Your records are protected under the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of Alberta. G-Bear will never sell, lease, or distribute your electrical metrics or personal identities to unvetted third-party advertising registries.

3. E-Commerce and Digital Goods Fulfillment

  • Physical Merchandise: All "Save The Pandas!" t-shirts, hoodies, hats, and traditional Canadian winter tuques are manufactured via automatic print-on-demand fulfillment. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to our shipping carriers.

  • Digital Downloads: All sales of digital albums, media DVDs, and retro games are final and non-refundable once the asset delivery payload link is generated by our system. You are granted a non-transferable, single-user license for personal, non-commercial entertainment use only.

4. Compliance with Alberta Micro-Generation Regulations

All solar project designs facilitated through our network strictly comply with the Alberta Utilities Commission (AUC) Micro-Generation Regulation (AR 27/2008). Systems are strictly engineered to offset your existing annual home consumption footprint and are subject to final approval by local wire service providers (e.g., Epcor, Enmax, or FortisAlberta).

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Alberta, G-Bear Enterprises Inc., its directors, officers, and employees (including the owners/directors) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resuslting from your use of this site, the performance of physical solar hardware installed by independent contractors, or any grid-interconnection disputes with your local electrical distribution company.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any legal disputes arising out of your relationship with G-Bear Enterprises Inc. must be settled within the judicial district of Alberta.
